Ticket Refund Policy

Helena Classical Music Festival

This Ticket Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases made for events presented by the Helena Classical Music Festival (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Policy
All ticket sales are generally final. We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges except as outlined in this policy or where required by law.
We encourage all patrons to carefully review event details before purchasing tickets.

2. Event Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation
Rescheduled Events:
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund options (if available) will be communicated at that time.
Cancelled Events:
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price, excluding any non-refundable service or processing fees charged by third-party platforms.
Program or Artist Changes:
Programming, performers, venues, and schedules are subject to change. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Event cancellation without rescheduling

  • Duplicate ticket purchases

  • Technical or processing errors during purchase

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. No-Shows
Tickets for missed events are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

5. Weather and External Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, events will proceed rain or shine (or in applicable indoor venues regardless of external conditions). Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless an event is officially cancelled.

6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferable to another guest unless otherwise restricted by the ticketing platform or event type. We recommend confirming transferability prior to your event.

7. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms
Some tickets may be sold through third-party providers (such as Eventbrite or similar platforms). In those cases:

  • Their terms and conditions may also apply

  • Processing fees and refund procedures may be handled by the platform

  • We are not responsible for technical issues on third-party sites
